| 摘 要： | SCM(供应链管理)和MRP(物料需求计划)都是先进的现代企业管理模式.对于供应链上各个企业的库存如何进行协调合作,以达到供应链整体绩效最优的研究是供应链研究领域的热点之一.但是目前的研究往往集中于独立产品的供应链,对于基于产品结构的供应链的关注是相对不足的.文章通过分析MRP系统的内在性质,提出了基于产品结构的两级供应链库存合作的策略.

| Abstract: | Both SCM(Supply Chain Management)and MRP(Material Requirement Planning)are advanced management patterns.How to coordinate the inventories of the plants in order to optimize the performance of the entire supply chain is the focus of research.But the recent researches focus on the supply chain based on the independent product,the researches about the supply chain based on the BOM is few.This paper will propose several policies of coordination in the inventories of the two-level supply chain by analyzing the nature of the system of MRP. |
