| Abstract: | The ideological and political work is indispensable to the building of harmonious industries in new era. Industries shoald develop the economy and at the same time perform the guiding function ot ideological and political work; industries should improve the political quality of employees to form a team with high quality; industries should implement the notion, ＂people foremost＂ to achieve the employees＇ maximum potential; industries should cultivate industrial spirit to propel harmo-nious development amang industries. |
