我国改革开放以来,建筑业发生了巨大变化,对建设小康社会、改善人们生活作出了突出贡献。但是由于建筑行业的基础性研究不够（无论是建筑理论、职业伦理道德,还是科技研发,都相对滞后）,极大地影响了整个行业整体水平和能力的提高。以建筑工程施工组织设计的编制方法及应用为例,施工组织设计是工程建设领域一项重要的基础性的技术管理制度。文章对建筑工程施工组织设计的重要性、编制方法及动态管理进行分析和说明。
