| Abstract: | JIT is the abbreviation of Just In Time,and JIT Ⅱ derves from JIT and is the innovation of it.The paper introduces why JIT Ⅱ is the innovation of JIT,the obvious advantages JIT Ⅱ brings to both supply and demand sides,and how to control the cooperation of JIT Ⅱ effectively.JIT Ⅱ will become more and more prevalent,because is is one kind of operation model of borderless enterprise and the innovation of traditional supply chain,and realizes win-win of both supply and demand sides. |
