| 摘 要： | 给定了公司社会责任的定义，总结我国较有代表性的几位学者对我国上市公司社会责任信息披露现状的实证研究结果，从实证研究的结果中总结出我国上市公司在社会责任信息披露方面存在的主要问题，重点就存在的问题从五个方面提出建议。

| Abstract: | This article starts from the concept of corporate social responsibility,then summarizes some presidential scholars’ research results about the present situation about the disclosure questions of our country’s listed company ,from these research results we sum up the main problems about it,finally we put forward the advices of the problems from five facets. |
