氯酸钠生产中的电解过程能量平衡

摘    要:氯酸钠一般通过电解工业盐水的生产工艺制得,耗电量大。为有效利用电解过程中放出的热量、降低能耗,分析了电解反应中各反应的放电电位及热量,并根据C l2的不同化合价电势图,计算了氯酸钠生产中的电解过程歧化反应热,约630万kJ/t,该数据可供氯酸钠生产企业参考。

Abstract:Sodium chlorate was generally prepared through the electrolysis of sodium chloride solution,with a shortcoming of high power consumption.In order to make efficient use of electrolytic process heat and reduce energy consumption,discharge potential and heat in the electrochemical reaction were analyzed,and according to the different Cl2 valence potential,the disproportionation reaction heat in the electrolytic process of sodium chlorate production was calculated,obtaining disproportionation reaction heat approximately 6.3×107 kJ/t.This data was available for sodium chlorate manufacturing enterprises for reference.
