| 摘 要： | 新农村建设文化路径之一是建立农村社区文化组织，文章采用个案定性研究方法，运用AGIL模型分析农村社区文化组织的运作机制，进而在个人、家庭、村庄三个层面探讨其对新农村建设的影响，最后提出其面临的困境和相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | One of the cultural routes to the new rural construction is to construct rural cultural organizations.The essay makes a system analysis of the mechanism in rural cultural organizations with theAGIL model.,then discusses the impacts of the rural cultural organizations in three aspects of personality,family and the village in the new rural constructions,difficult situations they are facing and corresponding countermeasures. |
