广东省现阶段城乡居民基本消费需求实证研究

改革开放以来,广东经济建设和社会发展等各项事业呈现出快速发展的态势,广大城乡居民生活得到了较大幅度的提高,人均地区生产总值由1978年366.99元增长到2004年20550.90元(当年价)。然而,通过调查不难发现这样的事实,目前广东仍有一定比例的城乡居民生活在“贫困线”以下,存在着绝对贫困的事实。本文运用扩展的线性支出系统模型,测算出2004年广东城乡居民人均基本消费支出数据,并提出相应的对策建议。

Demonstration research of Guangdong province town and village citizen's basic consuming requirement at present

All sorts of the causes about Guangdong Province beside economics construction and social development have been made great progress,the residents' living standant from city and village had been raised largely,the each resident Gross Domestic Product(GDP)has been grown up from 366.99 yuan(in 1978)to 20550.90 yuan(in 2004),We found it is fact that there are still some residents live under the “poor line”,exists absolute poor fact.In this paper,we use the Extended Liner Expenditure System model(ELES)to determine the basic consume expenditure data in 2004,and give some policy suggestions.
