| 摘 要： | 我国相关土地征用法律和行政法规中强化的是土地征用中的权力,忽视土地征用中的权利保护.引发了不少征地纠纷,文章通过对农地征用过程的权力与权利关系的分析,提出规范土地征用程序,认真对待农民的土地权利,赋予农村土地所有权.

| Abstract: | The power of land requisitioned was aggrandizement in the related land and administration laws of our country,but the lawful rights and interests was ignored.It has caused some knottiness's about land requisitioned.This paper analyzes the relation to power and right in the land requisitioned,proposes how to protect the right to hold land property legally. |
