| 摘 要： | 本指标体系主要由信息采集系统和风险监控系统两部分组成,以项目的共性要素,进度、技术、队伍、经费、管理和环境等,作为监控的信息,应用风险监控的有效方法和模型,从项目风险识别、评估、预测和控制等方面进行分析评价,旨在对项目实施过程中评估项目的未来状态,预测项目可能发生的问题,判断项目发展趋势等方面提供一种科学实用的方法和指标体系。

| Abstract: | This index the system is consttuted by the information collects the system and the risk supervise and controls the system, take degree of progress, technique, personnel, budget, management, environment of the project as the information that supervise and control, application of valid method that risk supervise and control to evaluate projects from the risk identifies, analysis, estimate, control etc. provide a index system of science and the practical method for judgment projects may take place development trend and problems in the proiects into practice process inside. |
