| 摘 要： | 农村宅基地制度问题一直是关系农村社会稳定和经济发展全局的大事,文章通过分析我国农村宅基地制度存在的问题,提出我国农村宅基地使用权制度创新要加强立法、完善农村宅基地使用权、法律制度体系等3项思路。
