| 摘 要： | 对影响中国铁路债券融资的因素进行了实证检验,研究表明,企业债券发行规模、股票融资额等因素与铁路债券融资规模存在着显著的相关关系,并基于研究结果提出了完善我国铁路债券融资的几点建议。
