绿色供应链管理风险研究

首先简单介绍了绿色供应链管理的内容,以及它有别于一般供应链的特点。但是,和一般供应链一样,绿色供应链中同样存在着风险问题,因此需要对风险展开识别,主要可以分为三大类。对主要涉及的因素展开了简单的讨论。针对风险存在的因素提出了若干的风险控制措施,希望能够给绿色供应链企业带来一些指导性意义。

Research on the Risk Evaluation for Green Supply Chain Management

The paper first gives the contents about green supply chain management and the differences between common supply chain.However,the risks still exist in green supply chain.So we need to indentify the risks within it.The risks can be divided into three parts.The paper here only gives out a brief introduction on this.Then,to avoid the risks,some suggestions are raised.We hope the suggestions will be useful for the companies who use green supply chain.
