| 摘 要： | 自2009年,昆山出口加工区升级为综合保税区,开拓维修功能后,以退货物流为代表的逆向物流在昆山综合保税区中逐渐发展壮大。通过外部分析,结合发展现状,从政府和企业两个角度分析退货物流在昆山综合保税区的趋动因素和主要问题,提出促进综合保税区退货物流平稳有序发展的检验监管建议,以及从供应链角度出发的未来拓展和研究方向。

| Abstract: | Returned logistics developing since repair function been added to KEPZ（the former of KCBZ）.Combined PEST analysis,developing trends,we found the main driving factors and key points of returned logistics in KCBZ,and raised suggestions on how to strengthen returned logistics from inspection supervision point,and future research targets based on supply chains theory. |
