| 摘 要： | 珠三角经济发展带动了现代物流业的快速发展,从而对物流管理人才提出了新的要求,同样也给物流管理人才的培养如何适应珠三角经济发展的要求提出了全新的课题。应在满足珠三角地区企业需求的基础上,针对目前物流管理专业本科学生普遍存在的实践能力欠缺的问题,重新设计构建符合应用型人才培养目标的实践教学体系,并采用必要的措施保证实践教学效果。

| Abstract: | With the economic development model of the Pearl River Delta leading the rapid development of modern logistics industry,logistics management talents confront with new society demands.At the same time,a new topic related to how the logistics management talents can meet the requirements of the Pearl River Delta＇s economic development is put forward.In order to meet the requirements of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region and solve the problem that undergraduate students in the major of logistics management currently widespread lack of practice,the practical teaching system is re-designed and constructed to accord with the applied talents training goal.The necessary measures are also adopted to ensure the practical teaching effect. |
