中国石油战略储备探析

综合国际和国内目前的石油现状,说明石油是维护国家稳定和国计民生的保障,由此提出了中国石油储备的战略意义。以中国目前石油消耗现状及国家长远发展为根据,分析了中国石油储备的紧迫性及必要性,客观地阐述石油储备对国民生活和国家长治久安的重要作用。同时,客观总结了中国目前石油储备中的实际问题和具体困难,提出相应的可行性解决方法,并与其他一些发达国家的石油储备进行比较,说明了我国在石油储备方面的差距和今后应该努力的方向。

Discussion and Analysis on the Oil Stratagem Repertory of China

In this paper,it is synthesized the international and national oil condition,explained the oil is the safeguard to keep the nation stabilization and the national economy and the people＇s livelihood and then put forward the stratagem purpose of oil repertory in China.The instancy and necessary of the oil repertory in China is analyzed according to the situation of oil consumption and the long-term development of China and the essentiality to the people＇s livelihood is explained.At the same time,the issue and factual difficulty in present oil repertory in China is summarized and the corresponding feasible resolvent is suggested.Compared with some developed country,it is shown that the difference in oil repertory in China and the direction of future work.
