| 摘 要： | 本文从自然资源生产率的理论内涵出发，考察和评述了新古典经济学中关于自然资源价值及其效率问题的处理，指出资源生产率实际上是一种超越经济效率的生态效率概念。在物质流分析的基础上，提出了一个构建资源生产率指标的分析框架，并以深圳经济特区为例，考察可持续发展语境下深圳资源生产率的变迁及其影响因素。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the theoretical meanings of natural resource productivity and reviews the problem of natural resource value andefficiency in the neo-classical economics. It indicates that the resource productivity is essentially one kind of eco-efficiency concepts beyond the economicefficiency. Based on the Material Flow Analysis, the paper presents an analysis frame constructing the index system of resource productivity and studies thechange and influence of resource productivity in Shenzhen. |
