| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是国家为帮助贫困大学生顺利完成学业而推出的教育资助政策,从试点到全面实行,帮助了大量贫困学生完成学业,但也存在着严重的还款违约现象。本文从内、外两个方面探究大学生贷款违约的原因,并针对其原因提出对策意见和思考。

| Abstract: | National student loan policy is an education subsidy policy to help poor students complete their studies. Over the years from pilot to full implementation,on the one hand the policy does help a lot of poor students complete their studies,on the other hand,there is a serious payment defaults problem.This paper studies the inside and outside situations of the two areas to explore the reasons for loan defaults,and tries to put forward some countermeasures in regard with the reasons. |
