| 摘 要： | 历史上,经济自由主义和国家干预主义两大经济思潮交替成为经济思想的主流。2008年全球金融危机和经济危机沉重地打击了西方社会主流经济理论和政策主张,引发了各界对两大经济思潮的又一次深刻反思,西方学术界和国家政府正积极探索"市场与政府平衡"的新模式。

| Abstract: | In history the two economic trend of thoughts about the economic liberalism and state interventionism become alternatively the mainstream of economic thoughts.In 2008 the global financial crisis and economic crisis made suffered heavily the mainstream economics theory and political opinions in the western society,and led to another deep reflection to those two economic trend of thoughts.And nowadays the western academic circles and governments are seeking actively the new mode of the balance between market and government. |
