摘    要:文化个性是旅游产业的灵魂,文章从产业核心竞争力的基本概念入手,指出湘西旅游发展的核心资源在于湘西特有的民族文化,但是仅有保护是不够的,对湘西的民族文化进行发展和创新才是最好的保护,也才能形成湘西旅游的核心竞争力。同时,文章还指出湘西民族文化创新的一条思路,就是以“农家乐”的形式挖掘和创新湘西村野文化。

Abstract:Cultural characteristic is the soul of tourism industry. The author first explains the basic concepts of core competitive power, and then points out that the core resources for the development of western Hunan tourism lie in special minorities' culture in this area. The best way to protect the minorities' culture in western This paper also provides a new way to innovate and develop the traditional western Hunan village culture: "Nongjiale (Happiness in Village Household)".
