豫西山地生态经济综合区划——以洛宁县为例

将传统区划研究方法和现代GIS技术结合,以网格作为区划的基本单元,采用“自下而上”的区划方法,以地处豫西山地的典型地区洛宁县为例,对复杂的自然生态要素与人类活动的时空变化及相互作用运用GIS分析手段进行分析和表达。根据不同区域所表现出来的对生态变化与人类经济社会活动变化的承载力差异,进行小尺度的县域生态经济综合区划。将洛宁县划分为四个生态经济区。通过对各生态经济区特征的分析,旨在协调日益激化的人地矛盾,探索生态经济的发展方向、途径和对策,为豫西山地中尺度生态经济系统的可持续发展研究提供经验和样本。

STUDY ON COMPREHENSIVE ECO - ECONOMIC DIVISION BASED ON GIS IN WEST MOUNTAINS REGION OF HENAN PROVINCE——A CASE OF LUONING COUNTY

This paper employs GIS-based methods to analyze the interaction and spatial-temporal diversification of complex ecological factors and human activities.In these methods,the mesh is the basal unit of division.It utilizes the kind bottom-up method to explore the eco-economic division,project and optimization.The Luoning county in the west mountains region of Henan province is a representative case for the study.Through GIS-overlay analysis,according to the diversity,we tentatively categorized the eco-economic system in Luoning county into four ecoeconomic zones.In addition,according to the principle of sustainable development,the four eco-economic zones should develop ecologically sustainability and economically affectivity.All the economic decisions should be aware of the conservation of ecological value and consider the economic effectiveness as well.The small-scale study presented in this paper on eco-economic division will provide some insights for large-scale research on ecological-economic-social sustainable development in the west mountains region of Henan province.
