摘    要:资源依赖理论指出组织生存的关键在于控制与其他组织关系的能力,而处于弱势地位的小企业如何控制核心企业的关键资源和关系在理论界缺少深入研究,建立互惠互利的非对称联盟似乎成为有效途径。基于资源依赖理论,选取水环境治理行业185家小型科技企业为样本,提出并验证非对称技术联盟小企业资源依赖对伙伴选择和双重价值占有的影响。实证结果表明:小企业基于资源依赖可以通过市场导向和关系导向伙伴选择实现双重价值占有;关系导向伙伴选择对市场导向伙伴选择和双重价值占有关系起正向调节作用。

Influence of resource dependence on partner selection anddual value appropriation in asymmetric technology alliance

Abstract:The theory of resource dependence point out that the key to survival of an organization lies in the ability to control relationship with other organizations. However, how small firms in a weak position control key resources and relationships of their core firms is lack of in-depth research in the theoretical circle. It seems that it is an effective way to establish an asymmetric alliance of mutual benefit. Based on the theory of resource dependence, 185 small scientific and technological firms in water environment treatment industry are selected as samples, and the impact of resource dependence of small firms in asymmetric technology alliance on partner selection and dual value appropriation is proposed and verified. The empirical results show that: Based on resource dependence, small firms can achieve dual value appropriation through market-oriented and relationship-oriented partner selection, which plays a positive role in regulating market-oriented partner selection and dual value appropriation.
