论风景园林信息模型的概念内涵和技术应用体系

摘    要:在建设行业信息化进程快速发展的背景下,提出以风景园林信息模型(LIM)作为风景园林信息化实践的技术路径,论述了LIM的概念和内涵,并对其技术思想和工具发展溯源。从LIM应用政策、数据标准研究、理论构建和人才培养,以及中国国家政策导向和市场新要求等方面论述了LIM的发展现状。根据基于企业平台的研究成果,提出LIM的技术应用体系,包括LIM应用场景、LIM应用技术和LIM实施框架,并就3个方面的发展提出LIM研究的拓展方向:LIM数据标准研究、LIM工程项目应用研究,以及结合新一代信息技术的LIM应用技术试验。

Abstract:Under the background of the rapid progress of the informatization in the profession of architecture engineering and construction, this paper articulates Landscape Information Modeling (LIM) as the approach to the informatization of landscape architecture practice. The concept and contents of LIM is introduced and the origin of its technological thoughts and tools is traced back. The state of art of LIM is overviewed from the aspects of the policies to LIM application, the research of LIM data standards, the development of LIM theory and education. Based on the outcome of enterprise-based LIM research, a LIM technology application system is proposed, which includes LIM application scenarios, LIM application technologies and LIM implement frameworks. As conclusions, it is discussed to extend the LIM research in the following 3 directions: LIM data standards, LIM project application research and technology experiments that applies LIM with the new generation of information technology.
