苏北地区发展现代农业的多重困境与突破路径

我国由传统农业向现代农业的转变不是一蹴而就的，而是一个不断摸索、克服困难、勇于创新的过程。苏北地区作为江苏农业主产区，我国重要的农产品生产基地，在发展现代农业的过程中，遇到多重困境。文章旨在找出苏北地区发展现代农业存在的问题，并探讨解决问题的出路。

The Multiple Plight and the Breaks Route of the Development of Modern Agriculture in North Jiangsu Area

In our country, the transformation from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture can＇t be finished in one step, instead it is a process of exploring constantly, overcome the difficulty and making innovations boldly. As the main agriculture producing area in Jiangsu province and the producing base for important farm products in our country, many different kinds of difficulties have come out in North Jiangsu Area in the development of the modern agriculture. The main purpose of writing this article is just to find out the existing problems in the agriculture development of this area and investigate the solution to these problems by taking Huai＇an City as example.
