| 摘 要： | 铁路多元企业目前存在的问题,使得有必要引入先进合理的EVA价值管理体系改善其管理,提高管理者积极性,提升资产利用率,进而提高企业的整体价值。铁路多元企业应当加强引导和培训,在企业中树立EVA管理理念;全盘布局,系统展开EVA管理工作;并根据企业实际,逐步完善EVA价值管理体系。

| Abstract: | It's necessary that the railway diversification enterprise use the EVA value management system to solve the problems of management.The system can improve the enthusiasm of managers,raise the utilization rate of capital,and elevate the value of enterprise.The railway diversification enterprise should establish the management philosophy based on EVA by training,fully administer EVA management work,and consummate the EVA management system step by step. |
