| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区的特色资源开发已成为推动当地经济社会发展的重要模式.金沙江上游区域富集水能资源,在此进行水电开发对缓解我国的能源问题具有十分重要的意义,也将给当地的城镇化带来影响,其影响具有两面性.本文就其可能的有利影响及不利影响做了比较深入的分析,并给出了具体对策,以缓解甚至消除不利影响.

| Abstract: | In under-developed region, making use of special resources becomes the important pattern which the local economic society develops. Jinsha-River upstream region concentrate the hydropower resource, hydropower development in this region is extremely significance to alleviates Chinese energy problems, meanwhile, it influences the local urbanization. This article has analyze its advantageous and disadvantageous effect in view of hydropower development influencing local urbanization, then gives the concrete countermeasure to alleviate even eliminate the adverse effect. |
