| 摘 要： | WTO《反倾销协议》是世界贸易组织反倾销法律框架的核心。在法律适用上，该协议的适用范围大大超出了CATT时期的《反倾销守则》；在管辖权上，该协议加大了对成员国的法律约束力；作为统一的反倾销标准和程序，该协议加强了对反倾销措施滥用的限制。然而，对同类产品和国内产业等重点概念的界定，比较模糊和原则。

| Abstract: | WTO Anti-dumping Agreement is the core of WTO Anti-agreement legal systems. In the application, it's aspect is larger than that of GATT; In the jurisdiction, it strengths the legal force to it's members; as an unified norm and procedure, it further ban the abuse of anti-dumping measures. However, the definition of Like Product and Domestic Industry are not clear and too simple. |
