福建科技投入机制的问题分析——基于福建省科技投入的国内比较分析

福建科技投入近年来取得了显著的成绩,但与国内其他省市进行比较,福建科技投入仍然存在R&D投入总量不足、基础研究投入比重偏低以及科技投入产出较低等一系列问题。因此,必须进一步加大科技投入力度,加强企业技术创新活动,努力完善科技创新的外部环境。

Problem Analysis of Scientific and Technological Investment Mechanism in Fujian

Fujian's investment in science and technology in recent years has made significant achievements。But in comparison to other provinces and cities,Fujian's investment in science and technology still has a series of problems,such as R&D quantity throws into deficiency,basic research throws into specific gravity insisting to hang down and the ineficiency of the output of the investment in science and technology.Therefore,we must enlarge science and technology further throwing into dynamics and reinforce the enterprise technological innovation activity.And then we must make great efforts to perfect the environment outside the innovation in science and technology.
