| 摘 要： | 近几年我国民营企业取得了很大的发展,但是不能忽视发展过程中出现的问题,尤其是融资难已成为阻碍民营企业发展的“瓶颈”。目前亟需对我国民营企业融资难问题的原因进行深入探讨,并提出相应的解决方法和对策。
