摘    要:2-氯-5-甲基吡啶是生产吡虫啉、吡氟禾草灵等高效、低毒、低残留新农药的关键中间体。综述了2-氯-5-甲基吡啶的7种主要合成方法:3-甲基吡啶氧化法、3-甲基吡啶一步氯化法、重氮化法、熔融盐法、苄胺环合法、环化法及吡啶酮法,并简单介绍了2-氯-5-甲基吡啶在农药和生物化学品合成中的应用、研发现状及发展趋势。

Abstract:2- chloro- 5 -methyl pyridine is an important intermediate for producing pesticides with high efficiency, low toxin and low residue, such as imidacloprid and fluazifop - p - butyl. Seven primary synthetic methods for 2 - chloro - 5 -methyl pyridine were summarized,including 3 -methylpyridine oxidation ,3 -methylpyridine chlorination in one- step, diazotization, molten salt, cyclization of benzylamine, miscellaneous cyclization, and pyridine methods. Application of 2 - chloro - 5 - methyl pyridine as intermediates in agrochemicals and bioebemicals was briefly introduced. Progress and development trend of 2 - chloro - 5 - methyl pyridine study were also described.
