| Abstract: | This paper makes clear the definition about cities municipal facilities and municipal facilities investment project,analyzes the character of municipal facilities investment project and promulgates the necessity and meaning of municipal facilities investment project's post-evaluation.It is appealed that the whole society should put more attention to municipal facilities investment project's post-evaluation and investment effect of municipal facilities project. |
