辽宁省农业绿色生产水平评价及区域差异

摘    要:目的 推动农业绿色生产对于加快农业现代化进程,促进农业的可持续发展具有重要意义。方法 文章从经济效益、资源利用、生态优化和基本保障4个层面选取了18个代表性指标构建评价指标体系,采用熵值法客观评价了2005—2018年辽宁省的农业绿色生产水平及各市之间的差异。结果 (1)2005—2018年全省农业绿色生产水平的评价分值基本呈现直线式上升的趋势,由2005年的0.233提高到2018年的0.806,年均增长18.9%。其中,经济效益、资源利用、生态优化和基本保障水平整体呈良好的发展态势,但目前资源利用和生态优化对整体发展水平的贡献较低。(2)从各市的农业绿色生产水平来看,大连、盘锦等5个市相对处于较高水平,本溪、营口等6个市处于中等水平,抚顺、铁岭和鞍山3个市处于相对较低水平。结论 辽宁省农业绿色生产水平整体呈现良好的发展态势,但区域差异较大。其中,辽宁东北部及中部地区农业绿色生产有待加强。

Abstract:Promoting agricultural green production is of great significance for accelerating the process of agricultural modernization and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture. Eighteen representative indicators were selected from the four levels of economic benefit, resource utilization, ecological optimization, and basic guarantee to construct an evaluation index system. And the entropy method was used to objectively evaluate the level of agricultural green production in Liaoning province from 2005 to 2018 and the differences among cities. The results found that: (1) From 2005 to 2018, the evaluation score of the province''s agricultural green production level basically showed a linear upward trend, from 0.233 in 2005 to 0.806 in 2018, an average annual increase of 18.9%. Among them, economic benefits, resource utilization, ecological optimization and basic guarantee levels were showing a good overall development trend, but the current resource utilization and ecological optimization had a low contribution to the overall development level. (2) From the perspective of the agricultural green production level of each city, five cities including Dalian and Panjin were relatively high, six cities including Benxi and Yingkou were at a medium level, and three cities such as Fushun, Tieling and Anshan were at a low level. In summary, the overall level of green agricultural production in Liaoning province has shown a good development trend, but there are large regional differences. Among them, agricultural green production in Northeast and central Liaoning needs to be strengthened.
