| Abstract: | Owing to wide fluctuations in banks＇ commercial paper business,this article suggests exploring commercial paper derivatives to promote market development.It talks about the active roles of commercial paper derivatives in managing interest rate risks,adjusting commercial paper scale and increasing revenue in the commercial paper business.The paper also introduces a framework and requirements for developing commercial paper derivatives based on the actual market situation. |
