独立学院应用型本科人才培养模式初探

独立学院是中国高等教育由精英化向大众化过渡应用运而生的新型办学实体。目前，其发展已初具规模。有其自身的特色和优势。但也有在一些问题。独立学院的培养目标与公办学校有许多差异．不可照搬老大学的教学体系、教学内容、教学模式与教学方法．独立学院必须改革和冲破老大学的以学科为中心的教育观念，认真研究和构建同应用型本科性质与培养目标相吻合的人才培养模式。提升教育质量，保持健康、可持续发展。

On the Training Model of Applied talents in Independent College

Independent college is a transitional school-running body which aims to educate the public. Now it has formed its feature and advantage. But there are some problems. The ntraining aims of independent college are quite different from those of normal colleges, so we can't imitate their teaching contents , systems and models. We must innovate the old education concepts and train applied talents, improve education quality.
