| 摘 要： | 目前,黑龙江省城镇化发展在统计数字上表现出来的高水平,并不是其经济、社会发展程度的真实反映.因此,只有全面分析城镇化发展的历史和现状,科学地评价其城镇化水平与特征,才能明确黑龙江省城镇化发展的任务和目标,从而制定出科学的发展对策.

| Abstract: | At present, the high level which is shown from the statistics of the development of the urbanization in Heilongjiang province is not the real reflection of the degree of its economic and social development. Therefore, only when we analyse the history and present situation of development of urbanization comprehensively and value its level and feature scientifically, can we clarify the task and aim of its development of urbanization. |
