浅析当前高校毕业生就业问题的现状与对策

高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是现代化建设的重要生力军.做好高校毕业生就业工作,是促进经济发展和社会和谐的重要举措.本文拟以“三位一体”的分析方法来探讨高校毕业生的就业问题,即从用人单位、高校、个人“三个角度”来阐述就业难的现状特点,从政府导向、市场需求、社会环境“三个层面”来剖析就业难的主要原因,并有针对性地提出要从政策落实力度、教育改革深度、产业吸纳广度“三个方面”来破解就业难的对策措施.

Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Employment Problem of College Graduates

College Graduates is valuable resource of the nation as well as the most powerful strength of the modernization construction. In order to promote the economic development and social harmony, it is an important measure to deal with the problem of the employment of college graduates. By means of ＂Trinity＂ method, this article is to discuss the problem from the eye of the employers, colleges and employees, illustrating the distinguished features of the present situation, and analyzing the main reasons of the employment problem in the aspects of government guidance, market demand, and social environment as well. As a conclusion, the paper makes it clear to solve the above-mentioned problems by means of innovating the policy enforcement, educational innovation and industry attraction.
