| 摘 要： | 利用层次分析法建立成对比较矩阵，将成对比较矩阵的特征向量作为物流管理战略中评价因子的权重，并根据权重的大小进行排序。通过这种分析方法确立了物流管理战略目标中各因素的影响程度，从而为物流管理战略的制定提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Based on analytical hierarchy process,this paper established the pairing comparison matrix. Taking characteristic vector of the pairing comparison matrices as the weights of assessment factors for logistics management stratagem target, the paper ordered the assess- ment factors by their weights. The effect degrees of every faeetors in logistics management stratagem targe were established by the method, and the results provided a basis for establishment of logistics management stratagem. |
