| 摘 要： | 国际产业转移是各国产业结构升级和开放经济的结果,发达国家可以通过产业转移实现全球战略目标.随着国际产业转移趋势的发展,跨国公司在华直接投资也产生了新变化并顺应了产业转移的趋势,如何认识产生这种变化的原因,并进一步了解我国为顺应这种产业转移趋势在对待国外直接投资方面所采取的新对策,同时为政府的政策调整提出一些有益的借鉴,是我们所面临的一项重要课题.

| Abstract: | Along with international industrial shift tendency development, the multinational corporation has also had the new change in the Chinese direct investment,This article has analyzed the multinational corporation direct investment new change from the industrial shift angle and has this kind of change reason, and further discussed our country for to comply with this industrial shift tendency the new countermeasure which should have in the treatment direct foreign investment aspect,Proposed the beneficial model for government's policy adjustment. |
