| 摘 要： | 高职类国际贸易专业的法学教育主要分两块,即经济法教学和国际商法教学,分别对应经济法课程和国际商法课程。很多从教人员认为经济法课程和国际商法课程内容存在重合,建议取消经济法,只保留国际商法课程。对此,文章认为,经济法作为基础课和国际商法作为专业课,都有存在之必要;但针对二者所含内容的部分交叉,所以必须进行教学改革。改革思路是首先应重新整合两门课程的教学内容;其次应切实加强实践教学环节,特别是经济法教学过程中的实践教学。另外,鉴于劳动法的现实性,劳动法律制度的教学应从经济法课程中剥离出来,集中于学生毕业实习前进行专项培训,方能更好的达到实用之目的。
