广西沿边地区女大学生村官增强参与村务管理能力的对策

在工作条件相当艰苦的广西沿边地区农村,女大学生村官们无论在扶贫攻坚还是在维护边境稳定工作中都扮演了闪亮的角色。但是,沿边地区客观环境复杂,加大了女大学生村官融入农村服务基层的难度。同时,由于专业背景、培训机制和女性身份等因素的制约,女大学生村官群体的工作潜能得不到很好的发挥。为了提升女大学生村官能力的途径,必须从女大学生村官主动继续教育、完善切合地方实际的培训机制和建立社会关怀支持网络等三方面有机结合,循序推进。

Female College-Graduate Village Officials in Border Areas of Guangxi Countermeasures to Strengthen the Village Management Capability

In the villages where the working conditions are relatively harsh in the border areas of Guangxi,female college-graduate village officials are playing a positive role in both alleviating poverty and maintaining the stability of the border areas.However,it becomes more difficult for female college-graduate village officials to go to the villages and serve the grassroots units since the objective environment in the border areas is complicated.Meanwhile,being constrained by such factors as professional background,training mechanism and femininity,the groups of female college-graduate village officials are unable to give the work potential into full play.To enhance the capability of the female college-graduate village officials,it is a must to integrate the three respects of initiative‘continuing education＇of female college-graduate village officials,improving and fitting in with the practical training mechanism of the local place as well as establishing a social concern and support network,thus carrying out the work step by step.
