人口老龄化背景下的北京城市规划

人口老龄化程度的日益加剧已深刻影响到城市规划的制定。本文以首都北京为例,总结了北京人口老龄化的现状特点,梳理了北京原有城市规划与人口老龄化需求矛盾。在此基础上,从空间布局、养老设施等五个方面提出了老龄化背景下北京城市总体规划需要改进的方向。

Rethinking on Beijing urban planning on background of population aging

The population aging has a profound impact on the formulation of urban planning. In this paper, taking Beijing as an example, the status and characteristics has been summarized on Beijing Population aging, the contradiction has been hackled between the original Beijing Urban Planning and the need of population aging. On based of this, the improving direction on Beijing City Master Plan base on population aging has been put forward from the spacial layout, old-age facilities and so on five aspects.
