| 摘 要： | 对旅游管理学的研究对象、学科原理命题、学科的性质、根基与理论框架、学科的研究方向与研究方法没有一个科学、准确、明晰的认识将严重地影响到旅游管理学学科建设的发展。不仅从几个不同的侧面阐述、论证了对上述这些问题的认识与看法，而且通过对这几个基本概念的诠释来回答当前旅游管理学学科建设中几个亟待解决的问题
