全球金融危机下我国石油企业SWOT分析及应对策略

随着全球金融危机的蔓延,石油企业的经营环境发生了重大变化,其经营效益也受到了严重影响。本文运用SWOT矩阵分析法,对我国石油企业在金融危机背景下的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了全面分析,得出我国石油企业应加强国际合作与海外并购、调整优化产业结构、坚持技术进步和管理创新、积极争取国家的配套政策支持、提高可持续发展的能力,从而化危为机,以期在新一轮经济大发展中脱颖而出。

The SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of China's Oil Companies during the Global Financial Crisis

As the global financial crisis spread,the operation environment of oil companies has a significant change,the companies＇ management benefit also has been severely affected.In this paper,make use of the SWOT matrix analysis method,comprehensively analyze the strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of China＇s oil companies under the situation of financial crisis,propose that China＇s oil companies should make efforts on strengthening international cooperation and overseas M A,optimize industrial structure,keep on technological progress and management innovation,seek the national policy support,improve the capacity of sustainable development.Thus turning crisis into opportunities,to stand out in the new round of economic development.
