| 摘 要： | 本文基于博弈理论，以解决核电工程承包中的“道德风险”问题为目的，对核电总承包模式下的各参与主体的利益和行为均衡展开论述，以期使各方主体的选择达到最优，为核电工程质量控制提供理论和实践依据，并为中国核电建设模式的探索提出个人建议。

| Abstract: | According to game theory , This paper solves the problems about moral hazard in nuclear power project and works out the equilibrium strategies for interests and behavior between participations under EPC in order to optimize the decision making . In this study , the theory and practice basis to control the construction quality and the suggestions to improve the construction management are provided for the nuclear power plant. |
