宏观调控法基本理论的应用与发展分析

宏观调控是政府履行经济管理职能的重要手段，发达资本主义国家在充分发挥市场调控经济主导作用的同时，十分重视应用宏观调控手段进行市场资源配置，并形成了一套行之有效的宏观调控管理方式。有效借鉴发达国家的成功经验，逐步建立起符合我国自身经济发展特点的新型宏观调控方式，理清政府与市场在经济发展中的定位，实现各方面的有效配合，不断完善宏观调控法律体系，具有重要意义。

Application and Development of Essential Principles of Macroeconomic Control Law

As an important means for the government to carry out its function,the purpose of macroeconomic control is to build a fair and efficient social economic system.In the developed countries where the market plays the leading role in the resources allocation,a set of methods for the macroeconomic control has been developed as an effective complementary means to the market mechanism.Therefore,it is essential that China,based on the absorption of the experiences of the developed countries as well as the characteristics of China's economic development,be able to work out and continuously improve its own legal system for the macroeconomic control that not only specifies the respective roles of the government and market in the economic development but promotes the cooperation between them.
