| 摘 要： | 本文依据外部性理论,对零售商主导的纵向约束研究进行系统综述,分析各种纵向约束方式的福利效应以及相应的规制政策,以此对我国零售业实施相关的反垄断政策提供一定的理论指导和经验借鉴.
