| 摘 要： | 基于2007年的截面数据,本文用DEA的方法分析出安徽省农业资源配置效率低下,并且存在明显的南北梯度差距,针对资源配置无效的地区本文利用冗余度分析的结果指出了改进的具体方向。为进一步分析区域差距的原因,本文在2005-2007年面板数据的基础上,利用Malmquist指数及分解探求了区域差距的深层原因,最后分析了安徽省资源配置效率差距的收敛趋势,并给出了解决这些问题的政策性建议。

| Abstract: | Based on 2007 year cross-section data,the result of DEA method show that the resource allocation of anhui agriculture is inefficience and with clear big gap between area. For the inefficience city we give the orentation of improvement with the method of projection analysis. For further analyzed area disparity's reason, Based on panel data of 2005-2007,we use Malmquist index to analysis convergency tendency of the gap, and make policy suggestion to slove these question. |
