摘    要:通过对外资并购我国名牌企业的现状素描,分析其潜在动机,实现风险、法律与反垄断审查风险、世界经济舞台话语权风险、财务风险、承诺兑现风险、无形资产价值风险、裁员风险和经济民族主义情绪风险等,旨在寻求保护民族品牌与追求国际化视野的最佳契合点,为有关部门决策提供参考依据。

Abstract:Through describing the status of foreign capitals' M&A of national brand, this study analyzes the risks of potential motivation, M&A realizing, law and anti-monopoly, the influence in world economical stage, finance, promise, the value of intangible assets, job displacement, economic nationalism moodiness. The purpose of this study is to seek the protection of national brands and to pursue the best match point in order to provide a basis for decision-making of the related departments.
