| Abstract: | At present,our country has signed many free trade agreements.There are some uncoordinated area between our current trade and investment law system and those agreements.We should revise some domestic goods trade,services trade and foreign investment laws and regulations,and ask for to improve the free trade agreements as a countermeasure. |
