| 摘 要： | 在工程项目招投标全过程中,除了投标单位自身的条件与能力外,影响中标结果的因素还有很多,结合实践经验探讨对工程项目中标结果有重大影响但容易被忽略的不合理因素,找出其症结所在并进行初步分析,提出相应改进对策。

| Abstract: | In the entire process of project bidding,in addition to the tender units’ own conditions and abilities,there are many factors that affect the successful outcome,combined with practical experience to study the factors which have a significant impact on the bidding result but easily overlooked,find out the key to the matter and carry out a preliminary analysis,puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
